Things To Worry About pic

“…I noticed some unlikely things starting to happen after being
diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease at the age of 62. I found
myself in a more reflective space than I had ever been in before.
The journey so far hasn’t been all lollipops and roses though,
but I’m pleased to announce that I’ve kicked my lifelong habit
of worrying all the time to the curb. In fact the ‘less f*cks to
give’ approach I take these days has given me a sense of peace
and liberation that I couldn’t have even imagined in the past…”

The pages in this book are blank because while taking responsible
action around problems we’re experiencing makes a lot of sense,
worrying about stuff that might not even happen, or that we can’t
do anything about anyway, is like punching ourselves in the nose
and expecting to feel better.
